“Run For Oromia” 5K & 10K Races Scheduled for July 17, 2010 at Lake Harriet, Minneapolis
The 4th annual “Run for Oromia” 5K and 10K road races are scheduled for Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Lake Harriet, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Run For Oromia 5K and 10K race is established by the Oliqaa Foundation to represent and promote the Oromo culture, value friendship, education, create opportunities for the future and honor the greatest Oromo athletes of all time.

Registration Opens- 7:00 am
10K Start- 8:00 am • 5K Start- 9:30 am
Where: Lake Harriet, Minneapolis, MN (4200 Lake Harriet Pkwy)
Registration:
Online registration is open at Active.com with a deadline of July 14 at midnight. To send your registration through regular mail, download the form from AndersonRaces.com and mail in registration postmarked no later than July 10. The registration fee is $25 until July 14, and $30 on race day.

- 5K: 1st Place-$500 2nd Place-$250 3rd Place-$100 Top M & F in Age Groups-$50
